Leandro Montagud Balaguer, simply Leandro, is a Spanish footballer who plays for Elche CF as a goalkeeper.

A product of Elche CF's youth categories, Leandro was promoted to the main squad for the 2009–10 season, in the second division, acting as third-choice behind Wilfredo Caballero and Jaime as well as still appearing for the reserves. He made his first-team debut on 20 March 2010, in a 2–1 home win against Albacete Balompié, one of only two appearances during the campaign.

In the following season, Leandro was loaned to another club in the city, amateurs Torrellano Illice CF. He returned to his parent club late into the season, appearing as a starter against Granada CF.
