Enzo Nicolas Perez Segui is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder for Argentine club River Plate and the Argentina national team.
He played four years for Benfica in Portugal, where he won five trophies, most notably the domestic treble in the 2013–14 season, and reached two consecutive UEFA Europa League finals.
In May 2018, Perez was named in Argentina's preliminary squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, but did not make the final list. However, on 9 June 2018, he was called up as a replacement for the injured Manuel Lanzini. |
