Ansi Agolli is an Albanian footballer who currently plays for FK Qarabağ in the Azerbaijan Premier League and the Albanian national team. He plays primarily as left midfield or fullback, but he can also operate as a right fullback.

After spending two years at the Tirana, in July 2005 he was spotted by the Swiss club Neuchâtel Xamax where he made it 29 appearances and scored three goals.

On July 2008 he decided to move back on loan to his first club Tirana. Since his loan move back to Albania, Agolli has been part of a very successful season at the club as they are top of the league and made it himself 29 appearances and scoring five goals.

On 16 November 2015, aged 33, Agolli captained Albania for the first time in his 58th appearance, playing full-90 minutes in a 2–2 home draw against Georgia at Qemal Stafa Stadium.
