Wilson signed initially on loan from Notts County before the deal was made permanent at the end of the season.

Despite his tender age he made 88 appearances for County in the heart of defence and received rave reviews which prompted Davies to make a move for the 20-year-old.

His debut came in against Crewe on March 28^th where he came in for the ill Youl Mawene and he helped PNE to another clean sheet.

Five more appearances followed and during which time only one goal was conceded.
