Profile:
Milos Ninkovic’s trajectory was atypically Serbian. He did not play for one of his homeland’s traditional giants, instead choosing to leave Cukaricki as a teenager to join Dinamo Kiev. Furthermore, the multifunctional midfielder has remained in the Ukrainian capital ever since.

Born in Belgrade in 1984, Ninkovic join the famed Cukaricki youth academy in his youth and later graduated into the club’s first-team. Boasting fine passing and the ability to read the game, his performances in the engine room prompted Dinamo to sign him in 2004.

The 1.80m player, then only 19, initially struggled for playing time in Kiev. He has, however, since become a mainstay of the side, helping them win the Ukrainian Premier League thrice and the domestic cup twice.

Ninkovic made his maiden appearance for Serbia in 2009, and playing two games – both as substitute – in their South Africa 2010 qualifying campaign.
