| The Crvena Zvezda man is a reliable defender who seems to be improving with every game. His performances in the 2005/06 season helped secure the Serbia and Montenegro league title. His central defensive partnership with Dusan Basta is considered to be the best seen at the club in years. He may find himself starting from the bench in Germany, although the absence of Nemanja Vidic in the first game against the Netherlands may earn him a starting berth for that encounter. Dudic made no appearances for Serbia and Montenegro during qualification for FIFA World Cup™ 2006.
