Gabriel "Gaby" Mudingayi (born 1 October 1981 in Kinshasa) is a Belgian footballer who plays for Internazionale of Italian Serie A on loan from Bologna. He plies his trade as a defensive midfielder and is known for his high-work rate and heavy tackling.

Early years
Mudingayi moved to Belgium at a young age and started his career at the third division club Union Saint-Gilloise. Mudingayi spent two seasons with Saint-Gilloise, before moving to Jupiler League side Gent as a nineteen year old. For four seasons with Gent, Mudingayi established himself as a top division player and was selected to represent Belgium at both youth and senior level for the first time.

Move to Italy: Torino and Lazio
In January 2004, he joined Italian Serie B side Torino and helped them win promotion back to Serie A in 2005. However, the club went bankrupt, and all players were allowed to leave. Thus Mudingayi was signed by Lazio on 30 August 2005, costing Lazio €300,000.

Mudingayi began his Lazio career with niggling injuries sustained while playing for Torino. He scored his first and only goal in Lazio colours in a 4-1 win over Ascoli. It would take until his second season at Lazio under Delio Rossi before he became a regular starter in the Lazio midfield. He became a popular figure among Lazio's Curva Nord due to his tireless displays.

Bologna
In July 2008, he was sold to newly promoted team Bologna for €7 million on a cash plus player deal. Lazio received €6.578M and the rest were solidarity contribution and other fee deducted for agent and other parties.

Since signing for Bologna, Mudingayi has been a regular fixture in the side's midfield, contributing to three successful survival campaigns. He has since played over 100 Serie A matches in the rossoblu colours.

Internazionale
On 20 July 2012, F.C. Internazionale announced that they had signed Mudingayi from Bologna on loan with an option to purchase.
","A494ABC507986833":"Gaby Mudingayi
;
