Roger Espinoza is a tall and muscular midfielder who moved north at the age of 12 and has spent his entire professional career in the United States. He worked his way through the American University system, appearing for Yavapai College and Ohio State University before being picked by Kansas City Wizards in the MLS SuperDraft.

Espinoza made his debut for the Wizards in 2008 and has gone on to become one of the franchise’s leading players. His progress in the States did not go unnoticed by Honduras coach Reinaldo Rueda, who drafted him into his squad for the 2009 UNCAF Nations Cup, where he scored the winner in the third-place match against El Salvador.

Still only 23, the combative and well-built Espinoza is the complete package as a midfielder. He has enjoyed several more outings for Los Catrachos since making his debut, scoring three goals so far, the most important of them in a 3-1 friendly win over USA in January.
","584B722087373EED7A432DDE0763CE35":"1
;
