Lukas Masopust (born 12 February 1993) is a Czech football player who currently plays for Slavia Prague in the Fortuna Liga and the Czech Republic national team.

He made his Czech Republic national team debut on 26 March 2018 in a friendly against China.

On 25 May 2021, Masopust was included in the final 26-man squad for the postponed UEFA Euro 2020 tournament.
